Due to how busy our daily lives have become, sometimes we just don’t have time for deeply spiritual, classical yoga for hours at a time, but also the few minutes squeezed at the end of an epic HIIT training session just doesn’t cut it.
​That's where we fit in.
Stretch & Flex provides Pilates, stretching and flexibility training to bridge the gap between an intense, two hour yoga meditation and ‘the last five minutes’ in a typical aerobic based class.
Stretch & Flex is available as a 45 or 60 minute group class at various locations or a one to one tailored session of varied duration at Black Country Barbell or via ZOOM

With regular commitment to Stretch & Flex classes we hope to see participants fulfilling their personal goals by developing their overall flexibility with specific joint range of motion needs in mind.

Stretch & Flex is for anyone of any age and with any fitness ability that wishes to develop better core strength, increase range of motion in their joints and flexibility in their muscles. Whether it is for exercise purposes or just to help complete daily tasks with ease.
