What we stand for

We believe quality of life is enhanced by improving and maintaining a good range of motion in the joints.

We strive to promote self-confidence in all abilities, help establish personal ‘task and result’ objectives and a desire to accomplish them.

Stretch & Flex classes are carried out in a relaxed, supportive and safe atmosphere with your comfort and enjoyment of paramount importance.

We will make any necessary adjustments to ensure that.

We understand every individual has a unique level of fitness with different abilities, restrictions, medical history, body structure and genetic makeup.

All Stretch & Flex classes are constructed with this in mind, allowing for adaptability to meet the requirements of the participants.
Whether that involves completing stretches whilst lay on the floor, cross-legged against a wall or even sat on a chair.

We aspire to give all participants a feeling of ‘ownership’ of their progress and a sense of individuality to create a positive programme inclusive of all.
